However, we may refrain from responding to matters that may interfere with the security of the Website or our services.

11. Retention Period of Information

We retain collected information to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use.

Information regarding inquiries, feedback, bug reports, support requests, and the like may be retained for the period necessary to respond to follow-up inquiries, prevent trouble, improve our services, and comply with laws and regulations even after the response has been completed.
