Sales Price / Service Fees
The price shall be the price displayed on the purchase screen for each product, service, paid feature, one-time purchase product, subscription, or other in-app purchase.
Unless otherwise indicated, displayed prices include tax.
If a purchase is made through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store, the actual billed amount, currency, taxes, exchange rates, fees, and other conditions shall be governed by the purchase screen, payment screen, or conditions established by each store.
Fees Required in Addition to the Price
The customer shall bear the costs of smartphones, tablets, PCs, other devices, communication devices, communication environments, internet connection environments, data communication fees, packet communication fees, electricity charges, and any other costs necessary to use the Service.
If fees, taxes, exchange fees, or other costs established by Apple App Store, Google Play, other stores, payment service providers, or telecommunications carriers arise, such costs shall be borne by the customer.
The Service primarily provides digital content and in-app features, and therefore no shipping fees for physical goods will arise.
Payment Method
Payment shall be made by a payment method available through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store or payment method designated by us.
Please check the purchase screen, payment screen, or display established by each store for the specific payment method for each product or service.
Payment Timing
For one-time purchase products, payment is confirmed upon completion of the purchase procedure.
For subscriptions, payment will occur at the timing determined by each store or payment service provider at the time of purchase and upon each renewal.
If a free trial is available, the free trial may automatically transition to a paid period after the free trial ends, and payment may occur at the timing determined by each store or payment service provider.
Please check the purchase screen, payment screen, or store display for each product or service for the specific payment timing, whether automatic renewal applies, renewal date, and billing conditions.
Delivery Timing of Products or Timing of Service Provision
One-time purchase products, subscriptions, paid features, and other digital products or services will, in principle, become available promptly after completion of the purchase procedure.
However, it may take time before use becomes available due to communication environment, device environment, processing status of stores, payment service providers, RevenueCat, or other external services, failures, reviews, specification changes, or other circumstances.
For subscriptions, the relevant service or feature may be used during the validity period displayed at the time of purchase.
For one-time purchase products, the relevant product or feature may be used for as long as the relevant product or feature is provided on the Service. However, a one-time purchase product grants the right to use the relevant feature, content, or usage eligibility within the Service, and does not transfer ownership.
Validity Period of Applications
If there is a validity period for applications, campaign period, sale period, free trial period, or any other period related to applications, such period will be stated on the purchase screen for each product or service, campaign page, in-app display, or store display.
If there is no special indication, there is no validity period for applications. However, the content, price, and terms of provision of products or services may be changed or terminated without prior notice.
Restrictions on Sales Quantity or Terms of Provision
If there are restrictions on sales quantity, number of uses, storage capacity, supported devices, supported OS, available regions, target accounts, target stores, or any other special sales conditions or terms of provision for each product or service, such restrictions will be stated on the purchase screen for each product or service, in-app display, or store display.
Eligibility to use one-time purchase products, subscriptions, paid features, and other items may be linked to the store account used for purchase, an account designated by us, device, OS, region, or other conditions.
Conditions Regarding Subscriptions
Subscriptions may automatically renew for each period displayed at the time of purchase.
To cancel a subscription, please complete the cancellation procedure before the next renewal date through Apple App Store, Google Play, any other store used for purchase, or the method designated by us.
Simply deleting or uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription.
The timing of the cancellation procedure, processing status, treatment of renewal dates, continued usage period, billing conditions after the end of a free trial, and other details shall be governed by the terms, conditions, policies, and displays of the store used for purchase.
Conditions Regarding One-Time Purchase Products
A one-time purchase product is a product that allows the user, by making a single payment, to use specific features, content, or usage eligibility within the Service.
One-time purchase products may include non-consumable products that can be used continuously after purchase and consumable products that lose their effect through use or consumption.
Even if expressions such as “one-time purchase,” “permanent,” “lifetime,” “perpetual,” or similar expressions are used, unless otherwise expressly stated, such expressions mean that the relevant product or feature may be used for as long as the Service continues to be provided and the relevant product or feature can be provided technically, operationally, and legally.
A one-time purchase product grants usage eligibility for the target feature or target content displayed at the time of purchase, and does not automatically include all features that may be added in the future, separate apps, separate services, separate platforms, separate OS, separate products, separate pricing plans, or features provided separately for a fee.
Purchase Restoration
For non-consumable products and subscriptions, if necessary due to a device change, reinstallation of the app, or other circumstances, customers may restore purchases by a method determined by us or each store.
Purchase restoration requires that the customer satisfy the necessary conditions, including using the same store account used at the time of purchase.
Consumable products may not be restorable depending on the specifications of the store, us, or the Service.
Special Provisions Regarding Returns and Cancellations
The products and services provided through the Service are digital content, in-app features, one-time purchase products, subscriptions, and other products or services that are difficult to return by their nature.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, withdrawals, refunds calculated on a daily prorated basis, or refunds for unused periods due to customer convenience after completion of the purchase procedure.
The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.
However, this shall not apply if the product or service does not conform to the contract, if required by law, or if Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store used for purchase approves a refund.
Procedures for refunds, withdrawals, cancellations, and other payment-related matters for products or services purchased through Apple App Store, Google Play, or any other store shall be governed by the terms, conditions, policies, and procedures of each store.
If a refund, withdrawal, chargeback, discovery of fraudulent purchase, invalidation of purchase by a store, or cancellation of usage eligibility by RevenueCat or another external service occurs, we may suspend or cancel the usage eligibility for the relevant product, service, paid feature, one-time purchase product, or subscription.
Liability for Non-Conformity to Contract
If a product or service provided through the Service does not conform to the contract, we will respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
However, due to the nature of the Service, we do not guarantee operation in all devices, OS, browsers, communication environments, stores, external services, or usage environments.
Operating Environment
The devices, OS, browsers, communication environments, app version, and other operating environments and required specifications necessary to use the Service will be displayed within the Service, on the purchase screen for each product or service, on the app store display, or by a method separately determined by us.
Even if the recommended environment is satisfied, all or part of the Service may not be available due to device settings, available storage capacity, communication environment, OS specification changes, store specification changes, failures of external services, or other circumstances.
Special Sales Conditions or Terms of Provision
If there are any other special sales conditions or terms of provision for a product or service, such conditions will be displayed on the purchase screen, in-app display, our website, or store display for each product or service.
Changes to the Displayed Content
We may change the content of this display if necessary due to amendments to laws and regulations, changes to the content of the Service, changes to sales conditions, changes to store terms or specifications, changes to external service specifications, or other circumstances.
The changed content will be published by displaying it within the Service, posting it on our website, or by any other appropriate method.
