Apple App Store、Google Play その他のストアを通じて購入する場合、実際の請求額、通貨、税額、為替、手数料その他の条件は、各ストアの購入画面、決済画面又は各ストアの定める条件に従います。
対価以外に必要となる費用
本サービスの利用に必要なスマートフォン、タブレット、PC その他の端末、通信機器、通信環境、インターネット接続環境、データ通信料、パケット通信料、電気料金その他の費用は、お客様の負担となります。
Apple App Store、Google Play その他のストア、決済事業者又は通信事業者が定める手数料、税金、為替手数料その他の費用が発生する場合は、お客様の負担となります。
なお、本サービスはデジタルコンテンツ及びアプリ内機能の提供を主な内容とするため、物品の配送に伴う送料は発生しません。
支払方法
Apple App Store、Google Play その他当方が指定するストア又は決済手段において利用可能な支払方法によります。
具体的な支払方法は、各商品・サービスの購入画面、決済画面又は各ストアの定める表示をご確認ください。
支払時期
買い切り商品については、購入手続完了時に支払いが確定します。
サブスクリプションについては、購入時及び各更新時に、各ストア又は決済事業者の定める時期に支払いが発生します。
無料トライアルがある場合、無料トライアル終了後に自動的に有料期間へ移行し、各ストア又は決済事業者の定める時期に支払いが発生することがあります。
具体的な支払時期、自動更新の有無、更新日及び請求条件は、各商品・サービスの購入画面、決済画面又は各ストアの表示をご確認ください。
商品の引渡時期又はサービス提供の時期
買い切り商品、サブスクリプション、有料機能その他のデジタル商品又はサービスは、原則として、購入手続完了後、速やかに利用可能となります。
ただし、通信環境、端末環境、ストア、決済事業者、RevenueCat その他外部サービスの処理状況、障害、審査、仕様変更その他の事情により、利用開始まで時間を要する場合があります。
サブスクリプションについては、購入時に表示される有効期間中、対象となるサービス又は機能を利用できます。
買い切り商品については、対象となる商品又は機能が本サービス上で提供されている期間、当該商品又は機能を利用できます。ただし、買い切り商品は、対象となる機能、コンテンツ又は利用資格を本サービス内で利用する権利を付与するものであり、所有権を移転するものではありません。
申込みの有効期限
申込みの有効期限、キャンペーン期間、セール期間、無料トライアル期間その他申込みに関する期間の定めがある場合は、各商品・サービスの購入画面、キャンペーンページ、アプリ内表示又は各ストアの表示に記載します。
特段の表示がない場合、申込みの有効期限はありません。ただし、商品・サービスの内容、価格、提供条件は、予告なく変更又は終了する場合があります。
販売数量又は提供条件の制限
商品又はサービスごとに販売数量、利用回数、保存容量、対応端末、対応 OS、利用可能地域、対象アカウント、対象ストア、その他特別な販売条件又は提供条件がある場合は、各商品・サービスの購入画面、アプリ内表示又は各ストアの表示に記載します。
買い切り商品、サブスクリプション、有料機能その他の利用資格は、購入に使用したストアアカウント、当方が指定するアカウント、端末、OS、地域その他の条件に紐づく場合があります。
サブスクリプションに関する条件
サブスクリプションは、購入時に表示される期間ごとに自動更新される場合があります。
サブスクリプションを解約する場合は、Apple App Store、Google Play その他購入に利用したストア又は当方が指定する方法により、次回更新日前に解約手続を行ってください。
アプリを削除又はアンインストールしただけでは、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
解約手続の時期、処理状況、更新日の扱い、利用継続期間、無料トライアル終了後の課金条件その他の詳細は、購入に利用したストアの規約、条件、ポリシー及び表示に従います。
買い切り商品に関する条件
買い切り商品は、ユーザーが一度の支払いにより、本サービス内の特定の機能、コンテンツ又は利用資格を利用できる商品です。
買い切り商品には、購入後に継続して利用可能な非消耗型商品と、利用又は消費により効力を失う消耗型商品が含まれる場合があります。
「買い切り」「永久」「ライフタイム」「永続」その他これらに類する表示がある場合であっても、別途明示されている場合を除き、当該表示は、対象となる商品又は機能について、本サービスが継続して提供され、かつ当該商品又は機能が技術上、運営上及び法令上提供可能である期間において利用できることを意味します。
買い切り商品は、購入時に表示された対象機能又は対象コンテンツに関する利用資格を付与するものであり、将来追加されるすべての機能、別アプリ、別サービス、別プラットフォーム、別 OS、別商品、別料金プラン又は別途有料として提供される機能を当然に含むものではありません。
購入の復元
非消耗型商品及びサブスクリプションについて、端末変更、アプリの再インストールその他必要な場合、お客様は、当方又は各ストアが定める方法により購入の復元を行うことができます。
購入の復元には、購入時と同一のストアアカウントその他必要な条件を満たす必要があります。
消耗型商品については、ストア、当方又は本サービスの仕様上、復元できない場合があります。
返品・キャンセルに関する特約
本サービスで提供する商品及びサービスは、デジタルコンテンツ、アプリ内機能、買い切り商品、サブスクリプションその他性質上返品が困難な商品又はサービスです。
購入手続完了後のお客様都合による返品、キャンセル、返金、交換、取消し、日割り計算による返金、未使用期間分の返金には応じません。
通信販売には、クーリング・オフ制度は適用されません。
ただし、商品又はサービスに契約内容との不適合がある場合、法令上必要な場合、又は Apple App Store、Google Play その他購入に利用したストアが返金を認める場合は、この限りではありません。
Apple App Store、Google Play その他のストアを通じて購入した商品又はサービスの返金、取消し、キャンセルその他決済に関する手続は、各ストアの規約、条件、ポリシー及び手続に従います。
返金、取消し、チャージバック、不正購入の判明、ストアによる購入の無効化、又は RevenueCat その他外部サービスによる利用資格の取消しが行われた場合、当方は、当該商品、サービス、有料機能、買い切り商品又はサブスクリプションの利用資格を停止又は取り消すことがあります。
契約不適合責任
本サービスで提供する商品又はサービスに契約内容との不適合がある場合、当方は、法令の定めに従い対応します。
ただし、本サービスの性質上、すべての端末、OS、ブラウザ、通信環境、ストア、外部サービス又は利用環境における動作を保証するものではありません。
動作環境
本サービスの利用に必要な端末、OS、ブラウザ、通信環境、アプリのバージョンその他の動作環境及び必要スペックは、本サービス内、各商品・サービスの購入画面、アプリストアの表示又は当方が別途定める方法により表示します。
推奨環境を満たしている場合であっても、端末の設定、空き容量、通信環境、OS の仕様変更、ストアの仕様変更、外部サービスの障害その他の事情により、本サービスの全部又は一部を利用できない場合があります。
特別な販売条件又は提供条件
その他特別な販売条件又は提供条件がある商品又はサービスについては、それぞれの購入画面、アプリ内表示、当方ウェブサイト又は各ストアの表示において条件を表示します。
表示内容の変更
当方は、法令の改正、本サービスの内容変更、販売条件の変更、ストアの規約又は仕様変更、外部サービスの仕様変更その他必要がある場合、本表示の内容を変更することがあります。

Special Provisions Regarding Returns and Cancellations
The products and services provided through the Service are digital content, in-app features, one-time purchase products, subscriptions, and other products or services that are difficult to return by their nature.
We do not accept returns, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, withdrawals, refunds calculated on a daily prorated basis, or refunds for unused periods due to customer convenience after completion of the purchase procedure.
The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.
